The initial concepts
The initial concept for this penthouse was to create a space that combines the warmth of home with the sleekness of modern design. The design focuses on open spaces that flow seamlessly into one another, promoting a sense of unity within the family while also allowing for personal retreats. Special attention was given to natural lighting, especially through the strategic placement of windows and a skylight that bathes the living area in daylight, fostering a connection with the outdoors. Custom-built features, such as integrated wooden shelving and discreet storage solutions, were designed to maximize space and maintain the clean lines central to the home’s aesthetic.
